Spinach Cream Cheese Quiche

Seasoned just right, this creamy, cheesy, spinach quiche will please everyone in the family. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner, it goes together quickly. Bake it while you do other things, and come back to a warm, homemade meal.

Spinach Cream Cheese Quiche

5 large eggs, lightly whisked
1/2 cup milk
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup feta cheese (or shredded cheese of your choice)
1 and 1/2 cups baby spinach, rough chop
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon jarred minced roasted garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt (scant)
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 (9 inch) uncooked pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and cream cheese until completely combined. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except pie crust. Set aside.

2. Place pie crust into a regular 9" pie plate and flute the edges as desired. Pour egg mixture into pie crust and bake for about 50 minutes, or until center of quiche is set and crust is golden brown.

3. Let quiche cool on wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.

  2. Joy,

Your Spinach Cream Cheese Quiche looks extremely healthy with the spinach but also flavorful with the garlic and onion. YUM! I will have to try this sometime. My family love spinach and eggs.
