4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup feta cheese (or shredded cheese of your choice)
1 and 1/2 cups baby spinach, rough chop
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon jarred minced roasted garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt (scant)
freshly ground black pepper to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 (9 inch) uncooked pie crust

2. Place pie crust into a regular 9" pie plate and flute the edges as desired. Pour egg mixture into pie crust and bake for about 50 minutes, or until center of quiche is set and crust is golden brown.

This looks really good - I might have to get in the kitchen and cook this weekend. I like having something available I can reheat. Makes life a little easier in the morning.
